This session is for anyone in a line-management position.
The purpose of this session is to give managers clear means of identifying; early hidden indicators of burnout, triggers, preventative measures, and steps to taking action, both for themselves and their teams.

- The 5 blind spots of burnout, that can be at the root of burnout if we are not aware of them

- Tools and techniques to support ourselves and our employees
