This session is for HR personnel, L&D, People teams, Employee relations.
HR personnel are constantly faced with a wide range of difficult cases they need to manage as part of their roles. Providing constant support, guidance and advice to others can create empathy fatigue and emotional burnout. This programme is delivered in three modules and provides delegates with frameworks for self-care, peer support and supporting employees.

- 7.5 hours of training delivered over 3 modules with each module 2.5 hours long
- Up to 18 delegates
- Interactive delivery using polls, chat, breakout discussions
