This support is for any mental health first aiders or mental health and safety ambassadors.
We can help you turn knowledge into application by chairing round table meetings with champions to provide supervision support around common and complex cases. This can help your network maintain standards of care in relation to safety, risk, ethics and quality of practice. We recommend supervision is available for active networks on a monthly basis subject to caseloads.
- Development of professional knowledge and skills
- Stronger group relationships
- Resolution for complex cases
- Increased self-awareness with a space to process cases and emotions
- A 60-90-minute session
- Up to 18 delegates
