This session is for all employees.

The session equips employees with tools to develop a work-life balance, whilst working from home or in the office. Participants are provided tools, techniques and ideas that they can immediately implement in this highly practical session using our well known BALANCE© framework.

  • Reminders around common problems that prevent work-life balance
  • Promoting wellbeing using the BALANCE© framework:
    • Boundaries, how to set clear boundaries between work, home and wellbeing
    • Awareness ,looking at mindfulness and physical exercise
    • Learning, how to implement learning when faced with uncertainty
    • Appreciation, how can we really use gratitude in our busy lives
    • Notice, reframe any negative thoughts you might have, using CBT techniques
    • Connect, tools to connect with peers virtually and in-person
    • Energised, activity to reflect on where you get your energy from and which activities drain you
  • Tools to stay well remote working, hybrid working or returning to the office
  • Understanding how to reframe negative thinking and where to seek support
  • Increased staff empowerment over wellbeing, boundaries and work-life balance
  • Can be delivered as either:
    1. 90-minute workshop
    2. Half-day workshop
  • Up to 18 delegates
  • Interactive delivery using polls, chat, breakout discussions
