Organisations can book sessions for individual employees in blocks of 6, 8 or 12 consecutive weekly sessions. More sessions can be arranged subject to business approval.
Counsellors will provide employees with the safe confidential space to talk about whatever is on their mind. The first session usually involves exploring what the focus will be for the counselling. This could be stress, anxiety, fear, depression, bereavement, financial concerns, relationship issues, or might be employees wanting to take a proactive approach to their mental health, building tools for resilience and wellbeing, this list is not exhaustive, and counsellors are trained and experienced in a wide range of areas.
Sessions may include cognitive behavioural techniques, transactional analysis concepts, looking at healthy behaviours, or simply a place to explore thoughts and emotions and try to make meaning out of how you are feeling.
