This could be stress, anxiety, fear, depression, bereavement, financial concerns, relationship issues, or might be employees wanting to take a proactive approach to their mental health, building tools for resilience and wellbeing, this list is not exhaustive, and counsellors are trained and experienced in a wide range of areas.
Sessions may include cognitive behavioural techniques, transactional analysis concepts, looking at healthy behaviours, or simply a place to explore thoughts and emotions and try to make meaning out of how you are feeling.
