Groups can be set up specifically for staff who might be going though or experiencing any of the following:

  • Redundancies
  • Furloughed staff
  • Return to work anxieties
  • Loss and bereavement
  • Mental health struggles
  • Change (this list is not exhaustive)

This is a psychotherapy support that provides employees with a space each week to explore any thoughts or feelings they could be experiencing that might be causing stress and getting in the way of happiness.

Groups are held online in a confidential environment with each group consisting of 6-8 employees and a group facilitator. A range of different counselling and psychotherapy approaches could be used via the following format:

  • Sessions are 90 minutes and run weekly for 4-6 weeks
  • Participants must commit to all 4-6 weeks
  • Pre and post measures are used to ensure staff are receiving the right support and to measure improvements in wellbeing
